With decades of experience and an acute eye for high-quality guar sourcing, Mr. Shah’s leadership and business acumen have garnered him numerous honors and accolades. Today, he continues to oversee the procurement of premium guar and other agro-based products for export, ensuring that his company maintains the highest standards of excellence.

He is a self-taught entrepreneur, gaining invaluable skills in all aspects of operations, including raw material procurement, manufacturing, sales, and quality control. His innovative approach and dedication have earned him numerous awards and recognition from both government and non-government organizations.
Under his leadership, Rama Gum Industries now operates 9 production units and continues to thrive, driven by his vision of tapping into the immense potential of India’s agricultural sector.

Jinpal B. Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in the production of high-quality guar-based products.
